my version of WTF
As we were loading up Matito into the car to go to Superstore last night, I noticed a family of cyclists rolling up to our building's bike storage locker.
"How nice," I think to myself, "The whole family is getting out for a nice evening ride together." A man, a boy, two women, all chatting cheerfully to each other.
Then I realize: One of the women is riding MY BIKE. NOw I know it is my bike, because I have had this bike for about 15 years and it is quite distinctive (pink and grey with yellow accents, no kickstand, broken water bottle holder). As I stand there staring across the parking lot at the people, mouth agape, they seem to get a little nervous and quickly put their (?) bikes away and move off to another area.
WTF ????????????
After returning from shopping, I look in the bike locker, to remove any doubts about it being my bike, and - sure enough - it is mine ( damaged saddle, rusty bolt in handlebars, Cap's bike sticker on it) with the seat raised and the tire pumped up.
I will be posting a nice, but nasty, note in the bike locker this morning and getting a big M-F ing lock to lock the bike up! SO much for being neighborly and trusting of those around you.

Wow, that is WTF! But on the other hand, at least they returned it!!!
Since this post has been up for about a hundred years now... I have another comment.
Don't you live less than a block from Superstore? Watcha doing loading Matito into the CAR to go there, huh?
hee heee hee
well, actually, I live about a block from Save-On Foods. The Superstore in question is in a DIFFERENT CITY!
Get the facts straight before you comment, Lady.
Wow, if I get you angry enough... maybe you'll write a new post for me to read! Don't you have any sympathy for your readers? We're dying out here!
