Job interview outcome
I got the job! Happy happy happy. I just have to get through my practicum and then I can start working for MONEY!
A dear friend recently introduced me to the world of blogs and I am hooked, so here is my attempt at expressing myself in cyberspace. As with everything else in my life, the focus will be my son and our adventures in parenting!

(*by good I mean "junky" because technically my cupboards are full of healthy, nutritious staples for preparing lovely dishes, but that is not what I want right now)
I kind of liked this one and it is fairly accurate:
| You Are Sunrise |
![]() You enjoy living a slow, fulfilling life. You enjoy living every moment, no matter how ordinary. You are a person of reflection and meditation. You start and end every day by looking inward. Caring and giving, you enjoy making people happy. You're often cooking for friends or buying them gifts. All in all, you know how to love life for what it is - not for how it should be. |
I really didn't like much of the advice people gave e when Matito was small, but today I was reflecting on things that I just couldn't do without*.
stupid special assessment on my condo is due this month. It is only about $400, but I don't have the money and it will be late and I will get fined.
Wow, has it really been so long since I wrote anything here? With school, I really was feeling overwhelmed and unable to do anything extra - I guess that is what taking 16 credits does to you! Now I am finished (yay) and I had an interview for a (seemingly) good job. I felt that the interview went well, but I guess I will really know how it went when they let me know if i got it or not. I was promised a phone call within the next 10 days, it all just hinges on the reference calls they were going to make.
